No suspense here: this product is a miracle! I only feature products I like enough to use in my weekly rotation but a product hasn't come around and wowed me in a long time quite like this one!
The Iope Sun Cream Pact is SPF50 PA+++ and costs around $50 at the Amore stores and only comes in one color, which is not a big problem as this is very sheer.
It comes with a refill and a replacement puff (the puff is soo nice) so the $50 is really worth it.
The pact itself is in a refreshing light blue and metallic silver. It's sturdy feeling enough without being heavy.
This is how it looks like opened up. The puff is has more of a rubbery texture to it rather than a textile or cotton one, and I find it picks up just the right amount of product. It also won't turn dirty looking too quickly!
The sponge is also separated from the actual product which is very hygienic. As you can see, the product is swirled together.
Here's a closeup of it. In terms of application, it applies smoothly and no matter how many layers I put on it never looks cakey. I'm kind of paranoid when it comes to sun protection and never feel like I've put on an adequate amount, so I'm always layering it on. Usually in the summer, touch ups can be such a pain with the whole blotting paper/powder/sunscreen ordeal, but with this powder I can just slap it on and go.
Totally worth it and every girl should have one of these things in their makeup bag!!!

Purple on the eyes: Lavshuca Star Decoration Eyes PU-1 Review, Photos, Swatches
I recently bought this purple eyeshadow from Lavshuca, Star Decoration Eyes in PU-1. I wanted something purple and with a pretty sheen for summer ^_^~
I bought this from Adambeauty for $14USD so there are Chinese instructions on the back with useful diagrams on what the recommended color placement.
The packaging seems a little cheap but it is girly and one can't expect much in packaging for $14, which is a little higher than the drugstore priced eyeshadow quads here in Canada. But what about the actual shadows?
The quad includes a white base, a cool lilac nuance color, a cool brown defining color, and a sparkly glitter used to add a little light to the center and inner rim of eyes. The white, lilac, and brown have similar textures in that they are smooth and have a sheen, not shimmer. The pinky-purple in the center is pretty glittery and has a bit of fallout.
Here's a closeup after I used this palette to see the fallout. I was honestly expecting much more from this :(. Although the palette is not entirely bad, the colors are very sheer and fallout is annoying!! I didn't find the sponge tip applicators on par with other better quality ones that come with Japanese quads either (Shiseido Jeweling Eyes for example).
I ran my fingers 3-4 times over the colors for these swatches.
Hope you found this useful :)

Beloved Pet Shadows: Buxom Stay-There Cream Eyeshadow in Husky, Pug Review, Photos, Swatches
Lately as I browse the makeup aisles I've been kind of bored at the selection...same old Nars colors, same old lipstick colors in different packaging, same old blushes...but today I came across some of the BEST cream eyeshadows I've ever used!!! This is very exciting news! As per the title, these are Buxom's Stay-There Cream Shadows, I picked Husky and Pug.
Before these, the only thing I owned from Bare Escentuals was their Buxom Big & Healthy Lip Polish which I love, but I was never a big fan of their mineral makeup or loose shadows. There's many cream and cream/powder hybrid shadows on the market right now (from L'oreal, to Chanel, to Giorgio Armani, etc.). Giorgio Armani's Eyes to Kill line was the one that caught my eye, as all the pictures and swatches I saw of it were soo gorgeous, however the pricetag totally put me off from ever setting my foot within 12 inches from any Armani counter. These however are moderately priced at $21CAD.
There is an insert in every box folded up neatly and tucked in.
Husky is a light blue with metallic micro-particles. It's not light enough to be described as frosty but it's a true light blue.
It looks like packed powder but it's more creamy and emollient than a powder.
It will yield to pressure from your finger.
Pug is a cool taupe with black, silver, brown micro particulars and it is soo beautiful.
Swatches of Husky (top), and Pug (bottom). You can see the dimensions and the deepness and complexity of the two colors. These swatches are a light swatch and the color is already so intense!
I think these shadows are very high-quality for the price and the colors and texture is amazing! In love with these!

Dior Ultra-Gloss Pearl: Lilas Party 396 Review, Photos
Sorry for the lack of updates recently as I came down with a really bad cold and was bed-ridden all week...just my iPad and I...
However, today's mini review will be on a gorgeous lipgloss that I bought impulsively one day at Sephora. Why do I love it?
